What did you enjoy reading and why?.




I really enjoy reading Sports Magazines, especially the once that talks about Soccer. Sport is very important for me not only as a healthy hobbit but as a way to stay in shape and get out some of that everyday stress. Well, from my when I was really young I loved sport. Any form that it come – gymnastics, running, basketball, volleyball and most of all I enjoyed playing soccer. Me and my best friend back from Poland used be at the soccer field everyday considering that it was just located few feet a way from my house. We had a really good time back then. Now, I don’t have much time to play anymore but I go and watch a game on a field or most of it on TV.

A little bit about soccer: this game is a popular sport played all over the world. Even though it has only been popular in North America for the past 30 years, soccer has been a long time favorite most everywhere else. It is the national sport of most European and Latin-American countries, and many of other nations. Millions of people in more than 140 countries play soccer. The sport in its history is going back to the Egyptians, who played games involving the kicking of the ball. Now, the sport has grown to a global fame, including men’s and women’s teams, and the World Cup (which is played every four years). In a soccer game there are two teams of 11 players who try to score a point by kicking a ball into the opponents net. Soccer is played on a rectangular field with a net on each short side of the field. All players must hit the ball with their feet or body and only the goalie is allowed to touch the ball with his/her hands. Plus there are only three officials involved during the game: The referee , and two linesmen. Soccer can help you stay fit and healthy. Many people can play soccer and benefit from it. Soccer is very fun and a great recreational sport.
