Escape from "reality"

The life is very nice but at the same time is very difficult because everybody have problems, but for that we can escape from reality of differents ways, for example for me, talking by phone with my mom for two hours because she lives in Colombia, the other way is watching a good movie with my son, but the best is staying alone because I can escape from reality for a few moments.
