Baking

Baking is the process to cook and bake in an oven at a high temperature. We can bake meat, vegetables, fruit, different pastries and the most important for us, bread. During the process with the simple ingredients in order, we can prepare the best dishes. Many people can not bake because they do not have enough time, or do not know haw to bake. They can buy the products at small or big bakeries, where bakers make the things for us. There are many kind of baked goods and pastry that each person can find for themselves. Very popular ones are pizza places and other places with baked dishes where we can quickly eat something. These places are very important because we need those things everyday and we enjoy them. There are people which love to bake at their home and although that it takes much time to do, they collect some old recipes and enjoy baking. I also like to bake and it makes me very happy. I love it when my house smells of a freshly baked cake, and my family likes to eat it. I can tell that baking is needed and important in our life.
