Workout ..........

Working out is the process of exercise that include many steps. First of all, you should know your goal of working out, do you want to lose weight, build up some muscles or just to stay in shape?. In any of these fases, there are important steps for working out that you should follow. At the beginning you should WORM UP, and the purpose of this process is to facilitate from rest to exercise. In order to to prepare the body to handle more vigorous activity. The duration for warm up should be a minimum of 5-10 minutes. There should be slow, gradual elevation of the heart rate and respiration using light aerobic activity just like walking, light jogging, cycling, and rowing. Now after warming up you will be ready for EXERCISE or WORKOUT SEGMENT, generally the exercise session should include cardiovascular and resistance training routines. The cardiovascular exercise session should be performed 3-5 times per week. Each workout should last at least 20 to 60 minutes . The resistance training should be performed a minimum of 2 days per week. Which is recommended to perform a minimum of 1 set of 6 or 8 - 12 repetitions of each exercise, and do at least one exercise for each body part. After that and the final part of the workout is COOL-DOWN SEGMENT,which is about 5-10 minutes, its important part of the exercise routines, which many people neglect. This may include stretching exercises or some other aerobic exercises. That was the most important steps about workout.
